Rio de Janeiro, August 24th, 2020 - BR MALLS PARTICIPAÇÕES S.A., publicly-held company located at Avenida Afrânio de Melo Franco 290, 1st floor, in the city and state of Rio de Janeiro, under CNPJ nº 06.977.745/0001-91 ("brMaIIs" or "Company"), informs its shareholders that Delivery Center, startup of which the Company is a partner, established a partnership with Google for the launch of the Google Food Order operation, a new experience in food delivery that will be available to Google users starting this week.

The partnership allows food operations, such as restaurants and food courts, located in the Company‘s shopping malls to receive orders directly from Google and Google Maps’ search tools. The restaurants and the Google platform’s integration, as well as the delivery, will be placed by Delivery Center.

The objective is to offer another sales alternative for our tenants to consolidate themselves in the digital environment, providing them scale gains, not only with a greater mix exposure, but also in terms of additional sales, and contribute to the transformation of our malls into logistical hubs, connecting tenants to marketplaces such as Ifood, Rappi, Uber Eats, Mercado Livre, Americanas, Submarino, Shoptime, in addition to brMalls malls’ own marketplaces. Currently, there are 14 malls integrated to the solution created in partnership with Delivery Center: Shopping Tijuca, NorteShopping and Plaza Niterói, in Rio de Janeiro; Villa Lobos, Tamboré, Mooca Plaza, São Bernardo, Jardim Sul, Metrô Santa Cruz and Shopping Piracicaba, in São Paulo; Estação BH and Shopping Del Rey, in Minas Gerais; Shopping Curitiba and Estação, in Paraná. The expectation is to bring the multichannel solution to the entire brMalls portfolio later this year.

The partnership is in line with the Company‘s omnichannel strategy, focused on strengthening its shopping malls’ attractiveness through the complementarity and convenience of the digital experience, promoting scale gains and better quality in our customers and tenants’ journey.
